Community finale is full of fail
May. 21st, 2010 07:00 pmThe most egregious and alienating example is trans fail, though there are others.
Sticking Britta in a "Tranny Queen" sash for a chunk of the episode without having her act like Britta, i.e. point out that it was full of fail and reject it, is godawful.
The strained love polygon is a mash-up of all the boring parts of the show.
Pierce continues to fail, though that is unsurprising.
Jeff/Annie is disturbing as hell; she is half his age and it doesn't faze him.
Troy and Abed are cute, but nowhere near cute enough to be worth watching the rest of it.
In sum, call the paintball episode the finale if you haven't watched 1x25. Or, watch 1x25 and complain with me about how much fail it contained. It's up to you.
