This is going nowhere good

So in my quest to find out whether the local craft store had denim blue, black, and taupe chenille --

because I cannot sew, and I do rather want a plushie Nightwing, if only so I can refer to him as my velvety Dick --

I discovered that they also have eggplant, in the same gauge.

My mission is clear.

Fortunately, they don't have the right yellow or green in chenille. And while Tim would work in less plushy fabric than Dick or Steph, I may be able to set myself a limit. I will not in fact end up crocheting until my fingers fall off.

Why yes, I have gone completely off the deep end. Why do you look at me that way?
