Persistence of Memory
May. 11th, 2006 10:17 pmSometimes when I make myself icons, I become convinced that I have seen someone else with that same icon in the not-distant past, but I cannot remember who that person was.
I don't know if this is because I have to look at the icon so much while I'm trying to get it right, or whether I'm actually just re-iconning pictures everyone has seen a hundred times every time I set out to make icons.
If I'm stepping on anyone's toes with my most recent crop of crops, I certainly don't mean to be.
Also, and related -- hey, non-comics fans, if you like Law and Order, get someone (maybe even me) to send you some Gotham Central. Or, heck, go buy a trade paperback of it. It wins awards! I mourn my deceased police procedural of gritty art and snappy dialogue.
To round out the post, ( a line of dialogue I found arresting from GC #22 and a bit of spoiler. )
