My favorite Susan Pevensie story to date

Susan's Charge is brief, as far past the allegory into religious text as the ending of its source, and eases that place in my heart that C. S. Lewis wounded about two decades ago.

This is one of the things that fanfiction is for, after all: to heal the wounds that the original, however beloved, caused.
