My best story of this year: Pricked thee out for young men's pleasure captures two characters with difficult voices and does them well, in my estimation. Also, it threads the needle of fluid-but-not-that-fluid sexuality in ways I'm proud of.
My favorite and/or truest story of this year: Gnomic utterances which, if I'd had more energy at the time, might've been the full on Witch Week-à-la-The-Magicians that you can see from one of the drabbles.
