Someone decided to do a call-out of me for election tampering, which means I am doing something right. Just in case anyone's worried, I am asking nothing of anyone except an address to send the money to; if someone takes the 10USD and buys something other than an OTW membership with it, or they get an OTW membership and vote for someone I don't approve of, I will never know.
