OTW Election: Audrey R. per @fairestcat

fairestcat has written up her analysis of Audrey's responses to questions so far. Cat served on the OTW Board at a fraught time -- differently fraught than right now, but fraught nevertheless -- and has a clearer idea than most people of what the job involves.

OTW Election: Audrey R. has withdrawn

Apparently she got enough flack for her position of "Think of the children, not the fiduciary duty" that she's withdrawn herself from consideration.

ETA: Unlike last OTW election cycle when one candidate was attacked with Sinophobic harassment, the OTW has issued a statement against harassment.

I condemn harassment. I didn't say anything about the previous OTW cycle because I was sitting it out because I was pissed off about OTW's non-movement on racism; I'd be sitting this out too if it weren't for the concerted effort to get the OTW off its collective ass.

Gosh, I can't think of a single reason they'd stand up for Audrey and not Tiffany, the Chinese fan who stood for election last time.
