DCU + Hugh Flu = Woo!

Okay, so that subject line is a lie, but the fact that DC Comics is doing a Big Changing-Everything Event (yes, again) and calling it "Flashpoint" makes my brain twitch. I spent more than enough time in 6 Degrees of Canada fandom to visualize that entirely wrong.

I don't have the right icon to express "I am thinking about the time Joe Dick and Jason Todd hooked up in epic, dirty, absolutely filthy-mouthed detail," but I promise I'm thinking it just the same. It would be a race to see which of them could curse more inventively, and there would be spitting.

Hang on, has anyone written this? gloss?

I am a terrible neo-Canadian and fan, in that I've never seen HCL. But I support, fully, Jason Todd in any and all Canadian sources.

I cannot honestly say I recommend it. I think it is a great movie and it is deeply, soulfully tragic. It takes the right day to bear it, and the right person to hug afterward. Also, it is one of those media properties where I feel strongly that if I had not been spoiled for it, I would have been angry with the people who endorsed it to me.
