La pasticherie de Petra

I tried making salt caramels once before and ended up with very delightful pale ice cream sauce.

Today, there is a batch of dark, rich honest to goodness candy cooling in the microwave, and my tongue is in heaven from trying the bits we scraped onto an extra platter.
